Issy Sinclair, Katelynne, Electra and Mindy have been working so hard in WGS News Crew. Let's check out what they've been learning in Winter Sports Academy. The WGS News Crew interviewed Ms Matthews about the Swimming Academy, that takes place at the MLT Event Centre on Tuesdays. Reporting to you are Issy, Lucy and Danel who also filmed and edited this video. Enjoy learning more about the academies that the students at West Gore School are so privileged to be a part of.  This week, our whole school performed at the Polyfest in Invercargill. We delivered a powerful performance that was the culmination of months of hard work.
Under the expert guidance of tutor Whaea Jaki Eales, our students showcased their dedication and talent, making our entire school community incredibly proud. Their commitment and skill truly shone on stage.
 Winter has been a theme in our Writing and Visual Art programme. We have used our own experiences as well as stories and video clips to provide inspiration.
